Executive Summary

Where Lyviss stands, and what it will take to move the needle.

The technical foundation is functional but undersold. There is no robots.txt, meta descriptions are truncated, and structured data exists only for the basics. The brand is invisible to generative AI because its entity graph is one link wide (YouTube). Content velocity is dead — one blog post since Feb 2024 — and several indexable URLs read as if the product is being deprecated.

A second-pass audit against the live site surfaced 15 additional deltas the first pass missed: five critical metadata bugs (a YouTube URL pasted into a meta description, raw page copy leaked into another, a 33-char pricing meta, "Icrease" and "U.K.," typos), industry pages mis-tagged as Article instead of Service, a global team of 15+ countries with zero LocalBusiness schema, and a Tomoki Tamada byline on the support-lifecycle page that is pure E-E-A-T gold sitting unused. All are folded into this plan.

This plan turns that around in twelve months by stacking four tiers: plug the leaks, build the entity, own the topic, and scale the engine. Each tier has clear KPIs that compound into compounding visibility.

Audit Bench

What we measured, what we found.

Lyviss is technically clean enough to render but undersells itself on every layer search engines and AI tools inspect: meta data, structured data, entity graph, content depth, and review footprint. The score cards below summarize the deltas; the diagnostic bars grade each layer.

The 12-Month Plan

Four tiers. Twelve months. Compounding results.

Each tier runs 2–3 months and produces measurable output. Tier outcomes stack — by month twelve, Lyviss has the entity authority, content depth, and paid flywheel needed to sustain growth without AIG's hand on the wheel.

Second-Pass Audit · 15 Deltas

What the side-by-side audit caught that the first pass missed.

A live comparison against the current lyviss.com surfaced 15 gaps — five critical metadata bugs the first audit glossed over, a global E-E-A-T asset that's sitting unused, a hidden byline on a key support page, and three structural schema gaps that matter disproportionately to AI engines and healthcare buyers. Each delta is mapped to a tier above.

Critical · Metadata bugs (5)

!
/library/ — YouTube URL in meta description

The meta description is literally https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Snuv_OnlFnM. Replace with a 150-char on-topic summary.

!
/blog/ — raw page copy leaked

Meta description is raw visible text. Plugin fallback grabbed body content. Replace with a curated summary.

!
/pricing/ — 33-character meta

"Of Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365." — sentence fragment. Replace with a 150-char description.

!
/generative-ai/ — "Icrease" typo

Body copy has "Icrease" instead of "Increase". Single-line content edit on a flagship AI page.

!
/contact/ — "U.K.," double comma

"U.K., Serbia, Bulgaria…" has two commas in a row. Trust-page error. Fix during Tier 1 sweep.

High · Schema + structural gaps (5)

!
Industry pages mis-tagged as Article

All three industry pages carry Article schema. Replace with MedicalOrganization, AutomotiveBusiness, EducationalOrganization.

!
No LocalBusiness / multi-region schema

15+ countries in /contact/. Zero LocalBusiness or multi-region Organization.address schema deployed.

!
No VideoObject on YouTube embeds

/library/ embeds YouTube videos with no VideoObject JSON-LD.

!
og:image broken on 7 of 10 pages

Only /generative-ai/ is correctly 1200×630. /pricing/ uses 200×200, /library/ 1000×1000, /contact/ has none.

!
/pricing/ — needs Offer + PriceSpecification

No Offer or PriceSpecification schema. Exact match for "D365 live chat pricing" buyers.

Strategic · E-E-A-T + conversion unlocks (5)

★
Global team — 15+ countries, zero leverage

Canada, U.S., Mexico, Ecuador, U.K., France, Serbia, Bulgaria, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Malaysia — buried in /contact/ copy, not surfaced.

★
Tomoki Tamada — hidden byline on /end-of-support/

A second, distinct author with a different gravatar. Pure E-E-A-T gold, not used anywhere else.

★
/end-of-support/ — support lifecycle, not EOL

Microsoft-style support lifecycle policy. Reframe as flagship trust asset, add FAQPage + HowTo schema.

★
/healthcare/ — HIPAA silent

No HIPAA mention anywhere. Add compliance block, BAA subpage, and MedicalOrganization schema.

★
CF7 form IDs — untracked conversions

5 CF7 IDs (#4821 / #1607 / #6341 / #6332 / #6291) fire no GA4 events. Instrument them all.
